Derbyshire LDC Elections

Dear Colleagues,

Derbyshire County LDC would welcome applications from interested colleagues to become members of the Derbyshire County Local Dental Committee.

We are keen to continue developing our supporting roles and expand our reach to our constituents in the region.

Because the LDC is an NHS statutory body, eligible colleagues must provide NHS dental services in the Derbyshire County area, and therefore pay the LDC levy.

DCPs who are also NHS Contract Providers are also eligible. DCPs who do not hold an NHS contract would be welcome to join the LDC as co-opted members.

Dentists who provide dental services in the Derbyshire County area, but do not hold an NHS contract and work only privately are welcome to join the LDC but would be asked to pay a voluntary levy of £30 per month.

Please note nominees need a proposer and a seconder. The deadline is Monday 9th October 2023.

The LDC will be holding its annual AGM on Tuesday 7th November 2023.
